Insulated Concrete Forms for Walls

Build unlimited wall configurations with a range of insulation values using just a few standard components.

Filling the cavity with concrete creates solid walls with 2-4 hour fire resistance ratings. The Expanded Polystyrene forms stays in place and turns into the best insulation available today, saving you energy costs for the lifetime of the building.

Six different standard wall widths from 4" to 14" are available and can be combined with the extender ties to add 12" to any standard cavity size.

Insulation R-values from 22 to 61 are possible.

Panels are made of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) and ties are made of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE).

The Quad-Lock System consists of:

panels made of EPS
ties made of High Density Polyethylene
corner, angle, window, and straight brackets to eliminate bracing at corners
metal tracks and wire top ties for starting and finishing the wall assembly

These components allow unlimited walls configurations including corners, arches, angles, columns, pilasters and even radius walls.
